Vanessa KileyVanessa Kiley, MA, ACC works with leaders and executive teams to unleash leadership potential and build sustainable leadership capacity at all levels within organizations. While this may include large-scale training and development initiatives, succession planning or group facilitation, Vanessa is most passionate about developing leaders one at a time.

As a coach, Vanessa works one-on-one with leaders to overcome challenges, build new skills, and leverage their existing strengths. While each individual's goals and outcomes are unique, Vanessa specializes in helping people initiate or sustain new skills related to their personal or interpersonal effectiveness, cross-cultural leadership challenges, and skillfully navigating personal and professional transitions such as promotions or new spheres of responsibility, relocations, corporate growth or downsizing, job loss or change, preparing for retirement or returning to the workplace. She also frequently works with leaders who are striving for more energy, vitality or balance in their lives.

Vanessa's experience includes over 15 years of leadership, coaching and consulting with clients of all sizes in a variety of industries including construction, engineering, non-profit, hospitality, banking, training, education and healthcare. She is also an entrepreneur, having launched and managed a successful coaching and consulting practice.

Vanessa is certified in the administration of a variety of leadership and personality assessment and holds professional coaching credentials with New Ventures West and the International Coach Federation, a Master of Arts degree in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Colorado at Denver and a Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma City University with concentrations in psychology and business.

When she's not working, Vanessa enjoys spending time outdoors, especially in the water. She loves to travel and to curl up in a chair with a great book. Vanessa also volunteers her time at Women and Infants hospital and in mentoring future professional coaches. She resides in Warren, Rhode Island with her husband, Tom.
